9th-12th grade Boys and Girls (and makeup/missed pickups) ⇔ Thursday, Dec. 11th from 6pm- 8pm @ K Sports Complex

There will not be a 4th formal pickup date scheduled. If you are unable to attend on one of the above dates, you MUST send someone in your place to pick up your player's uniform. You should coordinate with your coach or your team mom/dad to make sure that your child receives a uniform.
COACHES: You may pick up you equipment on any of the dates above.
PARENTS/PLAYERS: All players must have a GBA uniform to participate in games – no exceptions. Do not place your child in jeopardy of missing games because they do not have a uniform. It is strongly encouraged that you bring your child with you to ensure proper fit. Please have the child's name and registered division available when you pick up. Be advised that jersey numbers will be randomly assigned - players will not be allowed to select preferred jersey numbers.
The uniform style is the same as last season (red/white/blue). If your player would like to reuse their uniform, you will need to take the following steps now: 1) find the complete uniform (jersey AND shorts) 2) make sure the jersey AND the shorts still fit 3) email the coach your child's jersey number so that we can avoid duplicates.
Our organization is comprised entirely of hard-working, dedicated volunteers, and we simply do not have the resources to accommodate individual uniform pickups/deliveries. If you cannot make one of the above dates, please make arrangements with a coach, team mom/dad, teammate, friend, or family member to ensure that your player's uniform is picked up on time. Any players needing accommodations for uniform pickups/exchanges after December 11th will incur a late pick-up fee which must be paid BEFORE arrangements will be made.
